Part 2 of the cat (the saga continues)

So, yesterday I let the dog outside and who followed?? The cat, link the male 17 pound cat. The only problem with this is my sisters cat Yzma follows him everywhere, so once again, the cat was outside. Oh joy. I left the doors open thinking she would just come inside, hope we eventually gave up hope around ten at night having not found her at all. Everyone went to bed butt me, I stayed downstairs and watched some t.v. until about 1 in the morning when I heard meowing, naturally I quickly went upstairs and there she was on the other side of the glass door, I went to let her in and she ran away, darn. So I left the door open, in case she wanted to come in and I went down to get my shoes and a flashlight. I came back up and went downstairs, and outside I could hear her but I couldn't see her eventually I gave up and came inside, I figured she would just come in at night. No such luck, when everyone woke up, no cat, all day no cat until finally my dad came home and decided to take a stroll out one of the sliding glass doors and come in the other one at the opposite end of the room, when he came back who was sitting there on the floor under the chair?? You guessed it, the cat. I gave her some treats and tried to be her friend but I think she still has issues regarding the vacuum incident... So really really, never chase a cat with a vacuum, who would have thought it would bring so much drama?

So I found this while was looking at people on facebook..... I think Sister Walch's obsession with Firemen got to me cause, dang! I just had to save him.... and than put him on my blog for all to see.... next stop, send sister Walch a copy....

The cat

Yesterday I decided to clean house. The only unfortunate thing about that decision is that my sisters cat (yzma) hates the vacuum, and she is already a scaredy cat anyway. Unfortunately to add to her scaredy catness I may or may not have already chased her with the vacuum the other day. So upon hearing the vacuum she ran outside.... uh oh!! I left the door open thinking she would come back in and left it at that, cause I knew even if I called her she wouldn't come to me. One hour went by two and finally my Dad got home, we looked EVERYWHERE!! out side and inside under the bed, we couldn't find her. I started panicking thinking that she had run away and how sad my sister would be until my brother in law came home!! We found her in a tree, bush thing and he dove in after her, she ran for the door thinking it was open (the glass door), nope, smack! She ran head first right into it. I still have mixed emotions about that, on one hand I find it extremely amusing, cause it was funny to watch and on the other hand I feel really bad for the poor kitty, she was really scared and today she wont even come out from underneath the bed. So next time you get the urge to chase a cat with a vacuum, pray they don't run into the glass door. Poor Kitty...

Okay, so this is my first blog of what I hope to be many more blogs.... I guess this first blog should be about me a little, I just got home off of my mission for my church. I miss being out alot, and its freaky being home!! YIKES! My parents moved while I was gone so I'm trying to meet a bunch of new people and make some new friends, double yikes. I think I'll be okay though, I am generally a pretty friendly person. Okay so, some more things about me, I love to sew, I love to cook, scrapbook, I LOVE to build things, my dad and I are going to build a bookcase, and one day I think I just might build my daughter a customized doll house (when I actually have one). I like to swim ( a newly acquired talent), read, I just love to make things in general. I love the beach and I love taking walks and hikes!! Yeah!! I pretty much love anything out doors, ohhh!!! especially camping!! I think that's about it, I cant figure out anything else to write so, I guess I'll post later. Any suggestions on what I should post email me!!!! PLEASE!!
